Maximum contact surface pressure

Planetary bearing and gear box

Gear box is composed of an input shaft, planetary, low-speed shaft, intermediate shaft, high speed shaft.

The instability of the use environment,wind power bearing

Rotor shaft bearings , supporting the blade and rotor,  transmitted the rotating torque to the growth machine. Because the wind often change, the load and torque acting on the spindle bearing have great changes.

  Below the starting wind speed (for minimum wind speed power required) , the main shaft of the rotor is in idle state, at low speed and light load operation, but when above the starting wind speed, the rated revolution power state, rise, also reached the average load.
